It is suitable for BOPP, PET, CPP, PVCD and the combined film and paper with same properties. No-axial pneumatic plate-lifting and three-motor tension-controlling system. With characteristics of reasonable structure,easy operation,high precision of overprinr and low wastage of material.Its printing speed is 90m/min,while the machinery speed is 110m/min.

1. Block installing Device without Axis:The installation of blocks adopts air cylinder to pull the core of axis to install the blocks,The horizontal adjustment adopts the movement of screw.It has the performance of time to replace the block,assure the boards to be conccntric.improving the quality of product.
2. Struture of ink screpper:The ink scrappers can be adjusted up and down as well as its postions.The pressure of scrapper adopts dual air pressure style.Assuring uniform pressure.Performance:lengthen the service of the blocks.
3. Impression lift strure:Impression adopts dial air cylinder to impress through lifting to position the arm,which is a protector for the falling of the cylinder when the machine stops working.Performances:Assure the avcrage of pressure and chromatic aberration.
4. Chromatic mechanical handles :They adopt computer to control.synchronic electric machine to transfer the ball thread bar to adjust the chromatography through to register colour automatically.
5. Material-Collecting and Feeding Device:The Material-collecting and Feeding stand adopts dual scaffold to collect the materials with two hands.While the material Adopts magnetic automatic extension controller.The material-collecting device adopts moment electric extension controller.Performance:Reduce the waste materials and lower the cost.
